1. Nature of Services
Bread Africa provides a suite of digital agricultural tools (including Farm-In-A-Box and Percy Price), professional consulting, and administrative facilitation services (Digital Concierge).
2. Information & Intelligence
Market intelligence provided via Percy Price or reports is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Bread Africa does not guarantee specific market outcomes or financial profits.
3. Facilitation & Ecosystem Connection
Bread Africa acts as a connector and facilitator. When a specific need arises (e.g., VAT registration, equipment procurement, or government filings), we connect the Farmer to a curated ecosystem of third-party service providers (SPs) and government departments. Bread Africa facilitates the connection, but the final relationship and legal outcomes remain between the Farmer and the SP.
4. User Responsibility
The Farmer is solely responsible for the physical truth and accuracy of the data entered into our digital logs. Bread Africa provides the infrastructure for recording; we do not physically audit the farm site.
5. Data Ownership
You own your farm data. Bread Africa reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services and support the broader agricultural ecosystem.
6. Subscription Terms
Digital tool subscriptions (FIAB) are billed monthly. Access to premium features and historical digital reports is contingent upon an active subscription.
