Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Farm-In-A-Box (FIAB) Subscriptions
- Cancellations: You may cancel your FIAB Premium subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Refunds: Because our services are digital and immediate, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months of use. However, if you have been billed in error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us within 7 days.
2. Community Support & "Buy Us A Coffee" (Percy Price)
- Nature of Payment: Contributions to Percy Price are voluntary support payments intended to keep agricultural market data free and accessible to the farming community. These are not payments for a specific service or "product" in the traditional sense.
- Refunds for Mistakes: While support payments are generally non-refundable, we understand that human error happens. We will honour refund requests in the following "Correction" cases:
- The "Extra Zero" Error: If you accidentally contribute R5,000 instead of R500.
- Duplicate Transactions: If a technical lag causes you to be charged twice for a single intended contribution.
- Unauthorized Use: If the payment was made without the cardholder's permission (e.g., a child using a parent's phone).
- The 48-Hour Grace Period: To request a correction for a support payment mistake, please email support@breadafrica.co.za within 48 hours of the transaction. Please include your proof of payment.
3. General Terms
- Processing Fees: Please note that in the event of a refund, the small transaction fee charged by our payment processor (Paystack) may be non-refundable, depending on their specific terms.
- Resolution Time: We aim to process all valid refund requests within 7–14 business days.
